Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
Pre-order
You can pre-order new products and items via our online shop. As soon as our manufacturers deliver the ordered items, we will send you an advance invoice, which you can settle using the payment methods listed below.
Cash payment on collection
You pay the invoice amount in cash when you pick up your order.
Prepayment
If you choose payment in advance, we will send you our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Please always state the order number or the invoice number and, if available, your customer number as the purpose of payment for Prepayments.
PayPal
During the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Credit card
When you place your order, you also send us your credit card details. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, we will request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after conclusion of the contract. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card will be charged.
Shipping costs (transport, packaging, insurance)
For orders placed in our online shop, different costs for transport and packaging are incurred depending on the selected shipping method.
If separate or additional shipping costs are incurred for individual items, these are listed in our catalogue directly next to the item on the product page and are additionally included in the total shipping costs during the ordering process. The following overview does not contain any information on article-dependent shipping surcharges of your shopping basket, these costs are shown directly with the article.
In the ordering process, after selecting the shipping method, the specific shipping costs incurred for your order (based on the shipping method selected and the specific contents of your shopping basket) are calculated and displayed to you in a total overview of all order data immediately before you submit your order.
Packaging
The goods are shipped in neutral packaging. As a rule, we use recyclable packaging material.
The following shipping methods are available in our online shop:
Deliveries within Germany
For orders within Germany the following shipping costs will be charged:
Order value under 60€ - 5,90 €
Order value under 100€ - 3,90 €
Order value over 100€ - 0,00€
The standard shipping method is free of charge for orders over 100€.
For self-collectors from our warehouse in Bobingen, no shipping costs will be charged, of course.
Deliveries to packing stations
For deliveries to packing stations the shipping method "Deutsche Post / DHL" is required.
For deliveries to other European countries in the EU, the following shipping costs will be charged:
Within the EU, we can only offer shipping to the following countries in the future:
Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary.
Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to offer shipping to many EU countries in the future. This is due to the implementation of the EU Packaging Directive in the countries. With the relatively low shipping volume of our still small company, the costs and effort of registration and licensing in the majority of EU countries are unfortunately too high for us.
We are extremely sorry that we had to make this decision. We hope that this situation will not last and that shipping goods within the EU will become feasible again for small to medium-sized companies. For the time being, delivery to a parcel depot (poste restante or a similar service) with an address in Germany is the only option.

Returns
General information on returns
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. 2) Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components.
If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage. 3.
If possible, please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
Unfree packages will not be accepted!
The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer!
4. please note that the aspects under the aforementioned points 1. to 3. are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal; these aspects also do not change the fact that we bear the risk of damage to the goods during return transport.
